LONGLEAF ANTIQUE AND FLEA MALL DEALER INFORMATION
1.) Initial contract will be for minimum of three (3) months, after that it self renews month to month unless otherwise agreed upon.
2.) The first month’s rent is due at time of signing lease agreement.
3.) We require thirty (30) day notice to cancel contract.
4.) We DO NOT charge a percentage of sales.
5.) We DO NOT charge an advertising fee.
6.) We DO NOT charge a commission fee.
7.) We collect and remit sales tax to city, county and state.
8.) We accept Visa and MasterCard credit or debit cards and Discover Card.
9.) A 4.0% fee is charged back to the vendor on any credit or debit card sales.
10.) Vendor sales are totaled at the end of each month and checks are ready by the 5th business day following the end of the month.
11.) We are open seven (7) days a week. Monday through Saturday from 10:00 am-6:00 pm and Sunday 1:00 pm-6:00 pm.
12.) Vendor is required to maintain a proper vendor’s license from the City of Alexander City. If you fail to maintain the license, Longleaf Antique and Flea Mall Inc. may at its discretion pay to the City of Alexander City any monies due for said license and deduct any monies paid on your behalf from your sales proceeds.
13.) Vendor will be required to complete an IRS form W-9.
14.) Vendor may not sell items directly from their booth. All sales must be processed through the cash register.
15.) These items will not be permitted in the premises: boot-legged music, movies or software, combustible items, hazardous materials, fireworks, pornographic, lewd, suggestive, or “adult” newspaper, book, magazine, video, picture, representation or merchandise, of any kind, drugs or drug paraphernalia, firearms.
16.) Any item in your booth used for display and not for sale, must be clearly marked display only, not for sale.
17.) We DO NOT carry insurance on the merchandise you place in the store. The vendor is responsible for insurance coverage on their merchandise.
18.) We do carry Commercial General Liability Insurance.
